Privacy and cookie policyLast updated 5 October 2026Versione italiana

In short: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, shows no ads and does not track you. Fonts and icons are served from this site, so visiting a page sends nothing to third parties. Music players from YouTube and SoundCloud load only after you allow them, one provider at a time.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Daniele Arcangeli, who runs arcangeli.one as a personal, non-commercial project. Contact: contacts@arcangeli.one.

1. Visiting the site (server logs)

The site is hosted by Aruba S.p.A., Italy, which acts as data processor under Article 28 GDPR. Like every web server, it automatically records technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, the page or file requested, the response code, the referring page and the browser's user agent.

  • Purpose: delivering the pages, keeping the service secure, investigating abuse or faults.
  • Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Retention: logs are kept by the hosting provider only for the time needed for these technical and security purposes and then deleted. They are not used to identify visitors or build profiles.

2. Writing to me by email

If you write to contacts@arcangeli.one, your email address and whatever you include in the message are used only to reply to you. Legal basis: steps you ask for and legitimate interest in answering (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Messages are kept for as long as the conversation needs, then deleted.

3. YouTube and SoundCloud players (only with your consent)

Remixes play through embedded players. Before you press Play nothing is loaded from these services: the covers and all page files come from this site. When you press Play for the first time, the site asks whether you allow that provider. Only if you choose Allow and play does your browser connect to it.

  • YouTube, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The player is loaded from the privacy-enhanced domain youtube-nocookie.com, but Google can still store data on your device and process data such as your IP address, device information and what you play. Google may transfer data to the United States; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Google privacy policy.
  • SoundCloud, operated by SoundCloud Global Limited & Co. KG, Rheinsberger Str. 76/77, 10115 Berlin, Germany. The widget can store data on your device and process data such as your IP address and listening activity, and SoundCloud may transfer data outside the EU. SoundCloud privacy policy.
  • Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code). Once loaded, these providers act as independent controllers of the data they collect.
  • Your choice: refusing has no consequence other than the player not loading; you can always listen on YouTube or SoundCloud directly through the links on each page. You can withdraw consent at any time below.

4. Cookies and local storage

This site does not set cookies. It stores one small item in your browser only when you answer the player question:

NameWherePurposeDuration
arc.consent.v1Browser storage (local or session)Remembers which players you allowed, so you are not asked againIf you tick "Remember my choice": until you reset it below or clear your browser data. Otherwise: until you close the tab.

This item is strictly necessary to respect your choice and contains no identifier. Cookies or storage from YouTube or SoundCloud can only appear after you allow that provider; they are governed by the providers' policies linked above.

5. Links to other sites

Links to YouTube, SoundCloud, Instagram and other services open those sites, whose own privacy policies then apply.

6. What this site does not do

  • No analytics or statistics tools, no advertising, no social media pixels or plugins.
  • No profiling and no automated decision-making.
  • No sale or sharing of personal data.

7. Your rights

Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what happened before. Write to contacts@arcangeli.one. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the authority of the EU country where you live.

8. Changes

If the way this site handles data changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
